We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize partner operations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage partner portals (AWS APN, Microsoft Partner Centre, GCP Partner Portal)
• Track partner tier compliance, certifications, and renewal timelines
• Handle deal registrations, pipeline updates, and revenue tracking
• Coordinate customer case studies and submit references
• Track incentives, MDF, cloud credits, and benefits utilization
• Prepare reports on certifications, revenue thresholds, and partner status
• Collaborating with Sales, Pre-sales, HR, and Finance teams
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in cloud partner operations / alliances
• Hands-on experience with AWS APN, Microsoft Partner Centre, GCP Portal
• Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
