We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and relationship-driven Sourcer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a full-time, onsite role based at our headquarters in Matawan, New Jersey.
This is not a traditional talent sourcing role. We are looking for someone who thrives on connecting with people, thinks creatively, and enjoys finding great talent in places others may never think to look. You will play a key role in helping us identify, attract, and engage top talent prior to the recruiting process, across our clinical and operational teams.
As one of the front lines of our talent acquisition strategy, you will help bring our culture to life, representing the Alliance brand, creating exceptional candidate first impression, and serving as an ambassador for what makes Alliance different. You will closely collaborate with recruiters to understand internal priorities and demands.

- Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, networking, schools, events, and creative sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by identifying, engaging, and nurturing both active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and seamlessly transition qualified, engaged candidates into the recruiting process
- Represent Alliance Health Systems as a brand ambassador by promoting our culture, mission, and career opportunities in the community and across online platforms
- Develop innovative sourcing and outreach strategies to generate recruiting leads and attract top talent in competitive markets
- Support recruiting marketing efforts including social media campaigns, hiring events, career fairs, and community partnerships
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional communication, timely follow-up, and strong relationship management from first outreach through interview coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and sourcing activity while helping improve recruiting processes and pipeline effectiveness
- Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per year
