Academic Head - JEE Advanced

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Academic Head - JEE Advanced Division, Allen Online to lead our academic initiatives in the IIT-JEE Advanced preparation space. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for curriculum innovation, faculty management, content excellence, and student success across various online learning formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Content Development:
  
  

Design, structure, and upgrade the JEE Advanced curriculum and study material to stay ahead of exam patterns and trends.

• Faculty Leadership & Mentoring:
  
  

Recruit, train, and manage a team of top-tier faculty members; conduct performance reviews and continuous development programs.

• Academic Strategy & Student Outcomes:
  
  

Define academic KPIs and implement result-oriented strategies to ensure exceptional student performance and national-level ranks.

• Quality Assurance:
  
  

Monitor and maintain the highest academic standards across content, delivery, and assessments.

• Pedagogical Innovation:
  
  

Drive the integration of innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and adaptive learning techniques.

• Stakeholder Communication:
  
  

Serve as the academic face of the division; interact with students, parents, and internal teams to ensure consistent academic engagement and feedback.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  

Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Marketing teams to align academic goals with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading JEE Advanced programs at a reputed institute or ed-tech company.
• Deep subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to enhance learning outcomes.
• Passion for academic excellence and student success.
  
  

Qualifications & Eligibility Criterion

• B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs/NITs or top-tier institutions.
• Overall teaching experience: 12-20 years
• Age limit: Up to 45 years
• Experience in content development and/or ed-tech product design is a plus.
• Prior success in coaching top 1000 rankers in JEE Advanced is highly desirable.
