CNA – Skilled Nursing (80-Bed Facility | Full & Part-Time)

Our Skilled Nursing facility is an 80-bed unit located within a larger senior living campus, offering a more focused and team-oriented environment compared to large 200–300+ bed facilities.
We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing consistent, high-quality care.
We are especially looking for CNAs who want long-term stability and a supportive work environment—not constant job turnover.
Shift Options:
- Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Part-Time Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Part-Time Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Reposition residents and provide routine comfort care
- Monitor and report changes in condition or skin integrity
- Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
- Document care accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with nurses and care team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid CNA certification (required)
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Willingness to be part of a consistent, long-term care team

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and assist residents (up to 40+ lbs)
- Standing/walking 80–90% of shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reposition residents
- Use of PPE as required for infection control
