Data Quality Analyst

Manually update and maintain Salesforce records including customer accounts, store profiles, parts catalogs, supplier contacts, and order data. •Validate and cleanse data to eliminate duplicates, outdated entries, and inconsistent formatting. •Regularly audit Salesforce data related to product inventory, regional sales, and customer engagement to ensure reliability. •Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to capture accurate and complete data inputs. •Follow data governance standards and contribute feedback to improve processes. •Support ongoing data enrichment efforts and assist in catalog updates for automotive parts SKUs. •Generate and maintain reports that track data quality metrics and progress of cleanup initiatives. •Help ensure regulatory and internal compliance with data standards relevant to U.S. retail operations.
