This role is for someone who believes in earning their keep and shaking hands the right way. You'll be out in the community meeting business owners face to face, offering supplemental insurance solutions that protect their people and their livelihoods. You'll work as an independent contractor, run your own day, and build something that's yours.

Business to Business/ Direct Sales
Compensation: Commission-based pay with a starting base draw and bonuses
Earning Potential: $70,000 - $90,000 per year for average agents
Location: Local Territory, In-person

What You'll Do

  • Call on local businesses through face-to-face B2B outreach

  • Present supplemental insurance solutions and enroll clients

  • Build and manage your own book of business

  • Follow up consistently to grow long-term client relationships
