Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at Hotel Nisarga in Kakori. The role involves handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Duties include managing reservations, assisting with receptionist responsibilities, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating food and beverage services. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with guests and address their needs
- Experience in Reservations and Receptionist Duties for handling booking systems and managing front desk operations
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service to assist in coordinating dining operations when necessary
- Ability to multitask and adjust to varying responsibilities within the hotel environment
- Flexibility and a positive attitude toward creating seamless guest experiences
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
