You’ll greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and present maintenance and repair recommendations in a clear, professional manner.</div><div>This role involves coordinating repair orders, maintaining communication between customers and technicians, and managing shop operations to ensure timely, high-quality service. The ideal candidate is <strong>organized, personable, detail-oriented, and skilled in both customer service and sales</strong>.</div><div> <br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </div><ul> <li>Greet customers professionally and assess service and repair needs</li> <li>Communicate clearly about maintenance recommendations and repair options</li> <li>Prepare accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices using the shop’s POS system</li> <li>Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality control</li> <li>Maintain inventory control and order parts as needed</li> <li>Monitor profit margins and help achieve sales and productivity goals</li> <li>Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships</li> <li>Generate new business by calling on local commercial accounts and fleet customers</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area</li> <li>Mentor less experienced team members and promote a collaborative team culture</li> </ul><div><strong>Schedule</strong></div><ul> <li> <strong>Monday through Friday</strong> – no weekends</li> <li>Occasional overtime may be available</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li> <li> <strong>3+ years of sales or customer service experience</strong> in an automotive repair or service environment preferred</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>fleet accounts</strong> and <strong>aftermarket warranty companies</strong> is a plus</li> <li>Section 609 Certification (EPA) preferred or willingness to obtain</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license and <strong>clean driving record</strong> </li> <li>Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and certification growth</li> </ul><div><strong>Why Join All Tune San Antonio-6178</strong></div><div>At All Tune San Antonio-6178, we’re committed to excellence—not just for our customers, but for our employees too.
