We’re looking for a Business Development All-Rounder who enjoys building relationships, closing meaningful deals, and driving growth within the cricket ecosystem. Someone who understands both cricket and commerce — and can convert conversations into long-term partnerships.
The Challenge
Scale CricHeroes' Value Added Services by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving consistent revenue growth. You’ll work closely with organizers, academies, partners, and internal teams — ensuring strong market expansion, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth across the vertical.
What You’ll Do
Market Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and reach out to potential partners within the cricket ecosystem.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Drive the complete sales cycle — from initial outreach to closure.
- Present and pitch value-added offerings clearly and confidently.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals aligned with revenue goals.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales engagement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure retention and repeat business.
Strategy & Growth Execution
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute initiatives.
- Gather market feedback and share structured insights for improvement.
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on performance metrics and market response.
Performance & Accountability
- Track revenue targets, conversions, and pipeline metrics.
- Maintain structured reporting and sales documentation.
- Take ownership of monthly and quarterly growth goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Sales, or Revenue roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Target-driven mindset with strong commercial understanding.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passion for cricket and understanding of the grassroots ecosystem is a strong plus.
