The Opportunity:

All Points Broadband is seeking an experienced, cross-functional project manager that can lead multiple projects in different stages of development simultaneously, across various departments. This individual will have overall project management accountability and be responsible for communicating project risks, budgets, timelines, and key milestones. As the Sr. Project Manager, this leader will guide efficient and timely project completion involving several stakeholders both internal and external and facilitate continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate projects across various departments and with multiple stakeholders.
Collect and leverage KPIs to inform management on project progress, key milestones, objectives, and status.
Clearly identify gaps in project delivery – time, cost, resource, deliverables, and escalate as appropriate.
Integrate project schedules, ensuring all aspects come together as part of a uniform program.
Align project calendar and the intervals for completion of critical functions, to meet overall project timeline.
Develop and manage budgets that meet project guidelines.
Identify cross functional project stakeholders and activities impacting the overall health of the larger business.
Collaborate with other business unit leaders to collect and evaluate data and reports on progress of cross functional integrations/activity, ensuring all cross functional tasks are identified and included in the program.
Facilitate continuous engagement between departments with cross functional projects.
Monitor and manage project and program functional intervals avoiding risk of failure in any functional area.
Identify risk factors, communicate with leadership, and work to mitigate as needed.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion.
Track and manage inter-related / co-dependent project milestones.

Required Skills and Experience:

5 years of experience in successful project standup to completion.
PMP Certification is required.
Strong project management software experience is required.
Excellent conflict management skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders in aligning site deliverables expected to close planning phase.
Must have strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
A willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
