Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Requirements
- Around 3 years of experience in water damage restoration or a related field.
- IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications are preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver's License.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team of technicians.
- Strong understanding of water mitigation techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee water mitigation projects from initial assessment to completion.
- Perform water damage assessments, identify the source of water intrusion, and determine the extent of damage.
- Set up and manage drying equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers) according to industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective drying plans tailored to each specific project.
- Supervise and train junior technicians, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, explaining the restoration process and providing updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, measurements, and drying logs.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
