Co-Op, Digital Quality & Compliance - Data Analytics

The Co-Op program offers a unique perspective into a world-class pharmaceutical company. This program also provides the opportunity to network with people at Alkermes through various planned events and activities. Co-Op members will be involved in a wide range of activities during their 6 months experience. This will include participation alongside employees during engagements. The role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: · Partners with QS&C Lead to analyze the business requirements for information systems and solutions; and translate then into subjective test cases for testing. · Provides support by working with business analysts, technical experts To support configuration and testing to ensure that systems configured are per intended use. Translate requirements into specifications, coordinate testing; troubleshoot and report findings and results of verification during system issue resolution. Project Support: Applies project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager. Work in cross function teams and collaborate with project teams. Meeting minutes support for project workshops Following up on assignments and providing status reports to QS&C functional lead or delegate. Support project team with ad hoc assessments and investigations of changes/deviations/CAPA's. · Assist the team in gathering and documenting requirements for data analytics projects and current state assessment for AI/ML use cases. · Support the development testing, and validation/assurance of Tableau dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability. · Collaborate with team members to analyze data and generate insights. · Provide support in data cleaning, preparation, and visualization tasks. · Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations based on data analysis. · Supports the development of training materials for Quality Dashboards to ensure all information documented is accurate.
