Develop and execute a proactive marketing and promotional strategy that aligns with brand portfolio objectives and addresses customer needs. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the team of brand managers, ensuring their alignment with overall brand goals and objectives. Monitor business performance and analyze the external environment using appropriate tools, ensuring timely corrective actions to achieve business goals. Collaborate with external agencies to successfully implement brand initiatives and maintain strong relationships. Design and execute operational plans tailored to the brand's life cycle, optimizing returns for Alkem, while taking full accountability for the brand and its associated programs. Leverage marketing principles and in-depth knowledge of disease and market dynamics to generate valuable customer insights using advanced tools and techniques.
