This is a delivery-focused role for someone who is organized, business-savvy, and skilled at keeping people and initiatives aligned.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and structure technology requests surfaced by the IT Business Partners and/or Business Units leadership, ensuring each is documented, scoped, and ready for prioritization review.
- Facilitate intake sessions to validate requirements, surface dependencies, and identify gaps before work is committed.
- Maintain a clear, current view of the demand pipeline and communicate its status across the unit.
- Drive approved roadmap initiatives from kickoff through go-live, maintaining accountability for scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with IT Business Partners, technical teams, vendors, and any engaged stakeholder to keep delivery on track and decisions moving.
- Proactively surface risks and blockers with context and a recommended path forward.
- Partner with the IT Business Partners to ensure a consistent, professional experience for the business units from request through delivery.
- Communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly to operational stakeholders.
- Represent active initiatives in cross-functional meetings, providing confident and accurate status updates.
- Lead go-live readiness activities to ensure teams are prepared, trained, and supported at deployment.
- Coordinate post-launch adoption tracking with IT Business Partners and flag performance gaps that require follow-up.
- Ensure clean handoff of deployed solutions to operations, with documentation and support structures in place.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 4–6 years of experience in IT delivery, technology operations, or business analysis roles with demonstrated ownership of technology initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, home infusion, hub, or similar healthcare operations is a strong plus.
