About the role

Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Analytics Lead Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM platforms for North America–based clients. You’ll leverage your expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) to design, implement, and support scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

Your ability to translate complex business requirements into impactful dashboards, optimize data processes, and provide continuous support will directly influence client success, data-driven decision-making, and overall service excellence within managed services engagements. 

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day

  • Provide day-to-day support by managing and resolving analytics-related support tickets across multiple clients;

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and related tools;

  • Collaborate with clients to gather analytical and reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;

  • Configure and extend Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to meet business needs;

  • Design, implement, and optimize data warehouse solutions using Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW);

  • Work on data modeling and ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation;

  • Recommend process improvements and optimization strategies for client analytics environments;

  • Support new feature rollouts, enhancements, and reporting strategies across Oracle platforms;

  • Deliver client training sessions and ensure effective adoption of analytics solutions;

  • Create and maintain documentation including data models, architecture diagrams, and best practices;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously;

  • Lead and mentor junior consultants and analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. 

Qualifications

Keys to your success

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data warehousing, and Oracle analytics tools;

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW);

  • Experience working across full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support (minimum 3 projects);

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP and HCM);

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC);

  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes;

  • Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and data visualization best practices;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse client environments;

  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, autonomous mindset.

Extra edge

  • Experience in managed services or multi-client environments, ideally with North America-based stakeholders;

  • Leadership and mentoring experience and exposure to reporting strategy, process optimization, or performance tuning;

  • Availability to work flexible shifts (approximately 2 PM to 11 PM IST).
