Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM environments for North America–based clients. You’ll leverage your expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle reporting tools, and Oracle Fusion technologies to develop, maintain, and optimize integrations, reports, and technical components within a managed services environment.
Your ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, deliver scalable technical solutions, and collaborate across global functional and technical teams will directly contribute to business continuity, client satisfaction, and long-term optimization of Oracle Cloud applications.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day
Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions for Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM applications;
Design and develop integrations between Oracle Cloud Applications and third-party systems using REST and SOAP web services;
Develop and maintain OTBI reports, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and RTF templates;
Work on RICEW objects, technical extensions, workflows, and reporting solutions across Oracle Cloud environments;
Support data loading and migration activities using FBDI and HDL tools;
Provide post-production support for live Oracle Cloud clients, including break-fixes, enhancements, and integration maintenance;
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through testing, deployment, and ongoing support;
Create and maintain technical design documents and development documentation;
Participate in technical workshops and client discussions for new and existing solutions;
Mentor and guide offshore technical team members while promoting development best practices and code quality standards;
Support mini-projects, new integrations, remote implementations and Oracle Cloud footprint expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
Keys to your success
Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, RTF templates, FBDI, HDL, and workflow tools;
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher (BIP);
Strong experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM products;
Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing integrations between Oracle Cloud Applications and third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs;
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud REST and SOAP services and ETL-based integrations;
Knowledge of Oracle technologies including Java, XML, JDeveloper, VBCS, Groovy Scripting, and Oracle Cloud frameworks;
Understanding of Oracle Fusion Security Framework;
Strong understanding of SDLC processes and integration best practices;
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extra edge
Experience working in managed services or shared services support environments;
Experience supporting North American Oracle Cloud clients;
Leadership and mentoring experience with offshore technical resources;
Exposure to Oracle Cloud extensions, workflows, and advanced reporting solutions.
