The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and ensuring a people-centric approach to business success.Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.- Work closely with department heads to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely manpower planning.2. Employee Engagement & Culture Development- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, job satisfaction, and retention.- Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights.3. Performance Management & Talent Development- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.- Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.- Develop leadership and succession planning programs for key roles.4. HR Operations & Compliance- Ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures are in line with company goals and industry best practices.- Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and compensation structures to maintain competitiveness and fairness.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.5. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters.- Implement fair and transparent HR practices to maintain a harmonious work environment.- Develop strategies for improving employee retention and reducing attrition.6. HR Analytics & Reporting- Track and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition rates, hiring trends, employee satisfaction, and productivity.- Prepare and present HR reports and insights to management for data-driven decision-making.- Implement HR technology solutions for efficient workforce management.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or entertainment industry.- Proven expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.- Ability to strategically align HR practices with business objectives.- Hands-on experience with HR software and data analytics tools.
