Data Analyst

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting selected Ministries in development of data processing solutions, with a particular focus on data analytics, data visualization and evidence-based decision-making. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and deployment of tools and instruments that enable the Government to collect, process, analyze data and conduct evidence-based decision making by Ukraine government's officials. The candidate will be expected to apply advanced proficiency in MS Excel, BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), ensuring that analytical outputs are accessible, actionable and visualized in clear and efficient manner. The Role: Data Analyst impact is to: ● Interpret, clean and visualize various data, analyze results using data processing techniques. ● Develop and implement databases, data collection and data analytics tools that optimize data efficiency and quality, aimed to create opportunities for evidence-based decision making by Ukraine government's officials. ● Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
