About The Role

Shape the future of AI — with YAML! As an AI Tutor - YAML, you'll use your configuration and data serialization expertise to improve AI-generated YAML files and ensure they align with readability, structure, and integration best practices.

Your Day to Day

• Review YAML configurations for syntax correctness, clarity, and structural consistency.
• Solve configuration and data modeling tasks using YAML and explain your process.
• Identify and correct flaws in AI output or unclear hierarchical logic.
• Summarize your approach and decision-making clearly and concisely.
  
  

About You

• Fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills.
• Expertise in YAML: nested structures, anchors/aliases, schema validation, and common usage in tools like Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud configurations.
• 3–5 years of experience working with YAML in DevOps, infrastructure, or API design is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's or PhD preferred.
• Deep interest in AI, declarative configuration, or infrastructure-as-code.

Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

$15—$150 USD

This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not an internship opportunity.
