Greetings from Tesslogs,

We are looking for a highly experienced Aligne Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in managing complex reporting changes, bug fixes, and enhancement requests across credit, risk, and settlement business areas.

Client : IBM

End client: Shell

Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Notice period: Immediate / 30 days

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage complex reporting requirements in Aligne
• Handle bug fixes, issue resolution, and enhancement requests independently
• Work closely with business stakeholders across credit, risk, and settlement functions
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support reporting development and testing activities within Aligne
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment
• Educate stakeholders, Product Owners, and business partners on Agile ways of working
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release support
• Ensure smooth delivery of business-critical reporting solutions

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Aligne experience
• Strong expertise in complex report development in Aligne
• Good understanding of Power / Gas deal lifecycle
• Experience in credit, risk, and settlement business processes
• Strong experience working in Agile projects and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools and methodologies
• Ability to work independently on bug fixes and enhancements

Preferred / Optional Skills

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• PMI-PBA Certification
• Agile certifications / Scrum certifications preferred
• Lean Practitioner training and experience
• Exposure to energy trading / ETRM domain is an added advantage
