Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Develop strategy and execute Lead Generation to explore the opportunities for New Doctor Acquisition and Channel development.
  • Grow products and expand market share by ensuring and helping doctors to improve practices and build reputation.
  • Develop and manage core practice growth program addressing the needs of providers and clinic staffs.
  • Contribute to the growth of business with project management, analytical and strong implementation skills, customer-orientation and collaborative approaches.
  • Manage core products to ensure strong brand equity and performance, involve developing product positioning, messaging plans for Japan.
  • Gain insight into local market dynamics, collect customer feedback and consolidate the inputs into the development of Japan product launch plans to drive growth of the company.
  • Works effectively as part of a marketing team to launch new products and services, organize marketing events, including seminars, workshops and research programs etc.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and other functions on a cross-functional and cross-regional basis to achieve objectives.
  • Produces marketing analytics reports and track project process regularly as required
  • Deliver the financial numbers including product sales, marketing budget and key metrics
  • Assists with writing and editing of promotional literature, newsletters, create marketing materials
  • Assists with developing and executing marketing campaigns in support of branding and business goals
  • Analyze and optimize ROI of digital marketing activities
  • Localize and develop/manage marketing material (collateral, sales aids, tools, training, programs, and consumer cognitive list),
  • Initiate and implement staff educational pathway and program
  • Execute field research of existing and potential customers in Japan with particular attention to doctor adoption, utilization drivers and other key drivers for practice growth and adoption of the Product.
  • Interaction with customers and fellow employees in a timely, patient, tactful and professional manner.
  • Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learning’s with departmental peers and management
  • Meet departmental standards for personal and team performance metrics including, but not limited to, utilization, Invisalign adoption rate, monthly and quarterly case volume by doctor growth, ASP, and KPIs for marketing activities executed.
  • Participate in special projects and/or training as requested.
  • Maintain compliance to regulatory and statutory laws of Japan and other relevant overseas laws and statutes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within Marketing Team.

Assist Marketing Manager and Associate Director to lead and implement strategic marketing projects and events to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly.

What We're Looking For

SKILL SETS

  • Fluent in English (business level) and Japanese
  • High level of Excel, Word and Power Point skills. Good presentation and data analysis skill.
  • Able to travel domestically and work off-site
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, multitasking capability and a team player; Pays attention to detail.
  • Proactive and customer-focused
  • Experience in using CRM and CMS is preferred

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of multi-national working experience, dental or medical device industry are plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Life science or medical relevant majors are plus.
  • Good oral and verbal English communication skills.
