Full-time resident concierge needed at a luxury, full-service community in Dogpatch, SF.

Description

At The Landing we’re redefining the resident experience through exceptional service, professionalism, and hospitality. As a Resident Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and guests, playing a key role in creating a welcoming, responsive, and service-oriented environment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-focused setting and is looking for career growth in the property management or hospitality industry.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Resident and Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for all resident and guest inquiries (non-financial), ensuring exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls and general inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient message delivery to the appropriate departments or team members.
  • Logistics & Access Control: Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, manage guest access logs, and oversee the key or access control systems for the building.
  • Package Management: Efficiently handle all incoming packages, deliveries, and mail, including logging, secure storage, and resident notification.
  • Building Operations & Maintenance:
  • Conduct regular parking audits and report any violations or issues to management.
  • Ensure the front of house, lobby, and common areas maintain a professional and welcoming appearance.
  • Document maintenance requests and coordinate with the maintenance team or vendors for timely resolution.
  • Reporting: Complete and maintain accurate daily activity and operational reports for property leadership.

 

Qualifications


  • 1 year of experience in hospitality, residential, or front desk roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using new software, email, and basic MS Office tools
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability - weekends are a must and holidays as needed
