As a Resident Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and guests, playing a key role in creating a welcoming, responsive, and service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
- Resident and Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for all resident and guest inquiries (non-financial), ensuring exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls and general inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient message delivery to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Logistics & Access Control: Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, manage guest access logs, and oversee the key or access control systems for the building.
- Package Management: Efficiently handle all incoming packages, deliveries, and mail, including logging, secure storage, and resident notification.
- Building Operations & Maintenance:
- Conduct regular parking audits and report any violations or issues to management.
- Ensure the front of house, lobby, and common areas maintain a professional and welcoming appearance.
- Document maintenance requests and coordinate with the maintenance team or vendors for timely resolution.
- Reporting: Complete and maintain accurate daily activity and operational reports for property leadership.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in hospitality, residential, or front desk roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with comfort using new software, email, and basic MS Office tools
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability - weekends are a must and holidays as needed
