About the role

Roles and Responsibilities: Monitoring relationships with existing customers and providing an effective sales funnel. Optimizing existing customer database to reach out to prospective customers in future. Developing innovative and novel techniques of attracting and onboarding new sets of customers. Ensuring timely collections from existing as well as new customers. Executing low hanging collections. Providing assistance in flat shifts, loan shifts to the customers. Be the SPOC for all the registrations, procedural work and handovers to the specific customer and providing them with a warm onboarding experience. Ensuring hassle free cancellations across board and products by assisting the customers in a time bound manner. Expanding outreach to customers by successfully executing cross-selling initiatives- loyalty programs, up-selling, cross-selling etc.
