</ul><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are seeking a <strong>Geriatric Nurse</strong> to join our team! As a Geriatric Nurse, you will spend your time caring for our aging patients, administering medication, and following up with clients and maintaining accurate vitals and documentation. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>Make rounds to check on each patient assigned, assessing current well-being and making notes on issues as needed</li>
<li>Administer prescribed medications as directed</li>
<li>Assisting other nurses or nurses aids as needed to keep the shift moving and provide excellent care</li>
<li>Being a positive, supportive presence to our aging patients</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Active, valid nursing license within the state</li>
<li>Experience working with an aging population desired</li>
<li>Comfortability working independently and within a team</li>
<li>The ability to multitask and work well under pressure</li>
</ul>
