What You'll Do: - Create & publish short-form videos (TikTok first; some IG Reels). - Hit daily output targets: start at 3 videos/day, ramp to 9 videos/day after training (we'll agree the ramp plan). - Trend adaptation: spot trends early; localize to brand voice. - Editing: CapCut Desktop (preferred) or your editor of choice; add captions, pacing, transitions, SFX. - Captions & posting: write hooks, choose hashtags, schedule posts. - Analytics loop: track results and iterate for higher watch time, saves, shares, and views. - AI workflow: use ChatGPT/Runway/Midjourney + our internal AI tools to speed ideation, scripting, versioning.
