Why This Role Matters

You’ll work side‑by‑side with the founders to shape how we scale. From crafting the growth roadmap to rolling up your sleeves on Saturday morning at a live competition, you’ll own big, visible outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Design & drive growth strategy – Identify and test new acquisition channels, craft user‑lifecycle initiatives, and report on impact.
  • Build partnerships – Source, pitch, and close new partner organizations (schools, corporates, sponsors). Own the relationship end‑to‑end.
  • Lead sales conversations – Prep decks, jump on calls, and convert prospects; you’re the face of our brand.
  • Oversee competition ops – Coordinate logistics for online rounds (often Saturday or Sunday AM EST) to make finals unforgettable.
  • Own special projects – From launching a monthly leaderboard to refining our pricing model—if it moves the needle, it’s yours.
  • Collaborate like crazy – Work cross‑functionally to turn ideas into reality.
