What You'll Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our growing accounting team. This entry-level position focuses on data entry, trust transaction processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting and case management software
- Process trust account deposits and disbursements in compliance with firm procedures
- Upload and organize financial documentation, including deposits, approvals, and receipts
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure documentation accuracy
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or office administration preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
