We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience using HighLevel CRM (GoHighLevel). In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns, nurturing sequences, funnels, and automations to consistently generate qualified leads for our sales team. You must be data-driven, tech-savvy, and skilled in leveraging digital marketing tools to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement lead generation campaigns using HighLevel CRM
Build and manage sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture forms
Set up email and SMS nurturing workflows, automations, and pipelines
Segment contacts and maintain clean, organized CRM data
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversion metrics
A/B test funnels, email subject lines, content, and call-to-actions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on lead quality and goals
Troubleshoot technical issues and manage integrations (Calendly, Zapier, Facebook Lead Ads, etc.)
Prepare weekly lead reports and analyze KPIs
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing
Proven expertise with HighLevel CRM (funnels, automation, campaigns)
Strong understanding of email/SMS marketing, lead scoring, and CRMs
Experience running Facebook/Google Ads and integrating lead sources with HighLevel
Knowledge of sales pipelines and appointment booking workflows
Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and project management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Preferred:
Experience in construction, home services, or professional services
Basic graphic design or copywriting skills
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Slack, ClickFunnels, and Canva
