Sales Associate

OVERVIEW

Alera Group is looking for a Sales Associate. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with consumers and agents, converting interactions into sales and cross-selling additional products

• Deliver exceptional service while learning and promoting multiple insurance products (dental, vision, pet, etc.)

• Actively participate in QA coaching, seek growth opportunities, and consistently enhance the consumer and agent experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience in retail, restaurants, beauty, or other related industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Professional keyboarding ability; 40 WPM+

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Hourly range is $21 to $22 per hour.
