Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our Pharia Studio team as a Senior Product Manager. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our innovative products. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle and enabling efficient collaboration within the cross-functional team behind one of our products from
PhariaAI to enable a flawless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a results oriented executor, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a proven track record of successfully bringing AI products to market.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify market needs, target customer segments, and competitive landscape to inform product requirements.
- Analyze and interpret user feedback and performance metrics to iteratively improve the product and drive user engagement.
- Craft and own your team's product roadmap, including laying out your team’s strategy, setting OKRs, and guiding your team to the finish line.
- Strike the perfect balance between our company's vision and the requests from our customers, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Define and communicate clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new product initiatives aligning expectations of all stakeholders with your team’s roadmap and the overall product strategy.
- Drive cross-functional coordination within your team: Work with your team’s AI and software engineers to prioritize and manage the backlog as well as ensure timely delivery of high-quality features, collaborate with your UX/UI designer to develop intuitive and innovative human machine interfaces while enabling product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new product releases and feature updates.
- Act as your product’s evangelist: Conducting product demonstrations, participating in industry events, and fostering relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements and new opportunities.
- Continuously question whether we can solve the same problem with fewer resources, including communication, time, money, and environmental impact.
Your Profile
- Demonstrated success in launching impactful products, including at least one large-scale B2B or B2C offering.
- Having built and shipped at least one product or feature powered by GenAI (e.g. LLMs, embeddings, RAG, or custom models)
- Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineers and make strategic product decisions.
- Strong customer focus, driven by discovery and a passion for solving user problems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to launch.
- Strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing long-term product visions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse stakeholders.
