Quality Engineer

Join our team and build the furure of space technology We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Quality Engineer; with passion in what you do, talented and experienced; to join our Quality team with the addition of a Quality Engineer to ensure that our products and services maintain the highest standards. What you will be doing? Participating in the development of the organization's Quality policy. Managing ISO 9001 certification: maintenance, audits, and follow-up actions. Conducting internal and external audits. Reviewing processes and standards, and identifying customer requirements. Preparing, reviewing, and controlling quality plans, technical instructions, and procedures. Managing quality indicators and improvement proposals. Identifying and monitoring risks, anomalies, and non-conformities. Defining and implementing Quality Assurance Plans for Products/Projects. Providing quality support to other areas of the organization, such as Production or AIV (Assembly, Integration & Verification). Performing quality inspections of processes, products, or suppliers. Participating in the future transition towards ISO 9100 certification.
