Chief of Staff - Technology, Remote

Aledade is a tech-enabled healthcare company that builds accountable care organizations. We're on a mission to transform healthcare for the better and are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to join our executive team. In this role, you'll work closely with our CEO and executive leadership to drive critical strategic initiatives and projects across the organization. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing thought leadership and proactively identifying opportunities to drive operational excellence and impact. Responsibilities: - Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level support and counsel on key business decisions and initiatives - Lead and execute on critical strategic projects and initiatives, driving alignment and collaboration across the organization - Identify and implement operational improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness - Support the CEO in managing the executive team and the leadership agenda - Manage sensitive, confidential, and high-profile matters on behalf of the CEO - Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure the CEO's priorities and directives are communicated and executed effectively - Act as a liaison between the CEO and other key stakeholders, both internal and external Experience: - 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, executive assistant, or other high-level strategic support role, preferably at a rapidly growing technology or healthcare organization - Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively - Ability to work independently, proactively identify issues, and propose solutions - Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
