About the role
Our IT team is responsible for the local site specific IT servicing needs - from on site hardware changes to troubleshooting individual IT issues. In parallel to this, we also act as a consulting partner for our international ALDI SÜD colleagues to launch new IT systems and applications. "We are the first contact for all our new starters at ALDI, we are the first face they see and I think this is pretty important." - Florian - IT Department Our department manages all IT systems and processes that underpin the productivity of over 1,000 employees at ALDI SÜD HOLDING. As a service-based team we support our colleagues and work collaboratively to solve problems, process IT tickets and provide guidance and feedback to the international IT teams.
About the company
