Over the programme, you'll experience real responsibility. In fact, fast rotations across store and office environments will give you a breathtaking snapshot of our business and the skills you need to succeed. What will you do when you're handed the keys and told: "You're in charge"? Well, it's time to find out. Embrace the opportunity Day One Welcome to Aldi! You'll sign your contract and meet the Store Operations Director who will take you through your induction. 1 (of 14) Weeks 1-2 The Area Manager will walk you through our fast-moving operation and why we're doing so well in the marketplace. 2 (of 14) Weeks 3-13 Time to get stuck in. You'll stack shelves, serve customers and shadow the Store Manager. You'll also work alongside the Area Manager, demonstrating your skills and seeing what goes into multi-site management. 3 (of 14) Week 14 A chance for a breather on a well-earned, one-week holiday. Enjoy... 4 (of 14) Weeks 15-22 You'll take on the role of an operational Assistant Store Manager. This is your time to develop your management skills and see how things need to be run in such a fast-paced team environment. 5 (of 14) Week 23 Feet up and relax. You deserve it. 6 (of 14) Weeks 24-30 Your task completion and leadership will be reviewed, so this is a chance to show us how far you've come already. 7 (of 14) Week 31 Holiday time already? Time flies at Aldi, particularly when you're learning so much. 8 (of 14) Week 32-34 You'll be back shadowing the Area Manager. It's a great chance to get even more valuable insights and get some experience alongside the very best. 9 (of 14) Week 35-40 You'll spend a week in Head Office, which will be an invaluable part of your training. You'll then put all your learnings to good use by working on an exciting project brief. This is one of the most rewarding and important parts of your journey. And you'll see your work have a long-lasting impact on regional (or even national) decisions. 10 (of 14) Week 41 You'll be out and about with an Area Manager for a week, experiencing their day and all the different skills you need to do a great job. 11 (of 14) Week 42 Kick back on another holiday as you reflect on how much you've learned and experienced so far. 12 (of 14) Weeks 43-48 You'll focus on your project work, You'll show us how you can apply your knowledge in different business situations and present your ideas to the Directors. 13 (of 14) Week 49-52 Your last weeks with the Area Manager will help you fit the pieces together. You'll see how everything works as a complete (and extremely busy) business. 14 (of 14)
