Area Manager - Graduate

The Area Manager Graduate programme at ALDI is a structured 12-month training programme aimed at developing our future Area Managers. The programme will see you gain a broad and in-depth understanding of the key aspects of store management including compliance, people management, retail operations and commercial awareness. As an Area Manager Graduate, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple ALDI stores within your allocated region. You'll lead a team of Store Managers and Assistant Managers, setting the standards and expectations for your stores and empowering your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. You'll learn how to analyse store performance, implement creative solutions to drive business growth, and build strong relationships with your colleagues and the local community. The programme combines on-the-job training, formal workshops and 1-2-1 mentoring to develop your leadership, commercial and operational skills. Upon successful completion, you'll become a qualified ALDI Area Manager, with the opportunity to progress into further senior management roles.
