Alchemy is looking for a Line Cook/ Rounds Cook to join our team!

Located in MarketStreet Lynnfield, we are part of the Serenitee Restaurant Group—a collective of celebrated North Shore destinations dedicated to hospitality, creativity, and local sourcing.

What Will You Do as a Line Cook at Alchemy?

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Alchemy’s recipes and high-quality standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
  • Work alongside the team to ensure consistent quality, portioning, and plating
  • Follow ServSafe and food safety guidelines
  • Assist with prep, cleaning, and restocking as needed
  • Communicate effectively with chefs, teammates, and front-of-house staff

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Line cook in a professional kitchen
  • Must be able to work all hot line stations
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Strong knife skills and familiarity with common kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Open availability preferred (weekends and evenings required)
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
