Alcazar Energy is on the hunt for a Senior Project Development Manager based in Serbia to help power a cleaner future, one wind turbine (or solar panel) at a time. 🚀💨☀

As our boots-on-the-ground lead, you’ll:

🔹 Build and nurture relationships with local stakeholders (yes, people skills are a must!)

🔹 Navigate land deals, permits, and grid talk like a pro

🔹 Keep our project timelines tight and on track

🔹 Play matchmaker between our teams and local suppliers

🔹 Spot greenfield opportunities and help us grow our portfolio across our Balkans Platform and neighbouring countries like Montenegro and North Macedonia 🌱

🔹 Contribute to origination and acquisition of third-party projects and support cross-functional collaboration across the Investment, Legal, ESG, and Delivery & Operations teams

🔹 Ensure regulatory compliance, manage stakeholder engagement plans, and provide on-the-ground input into due diligence and project governance

📄 Minimum 10 years in a similar role, 15+ years total experience, with background in engineering, business, or economics, and a strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape in Serbia and the wider region
