We are currently seeking <strong>enthusiastic, dependable Piano Instructors</strong> to join our collaborative and passionate teaching team.<br><br>
</div><div>If you also teach <strong>additional instruments</strong>—such as drums, flute, guitar, ukulele, mandolin, violin, viola, cello, upright bass, voice, clarinet, or saxophone—we’d love to hear about it!<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Provide engaging, high-quality voice instruction to students of varying ages and levels</li>
<li>Create customized, long-term lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals and abilities</li>
<li>Communicate professionally and positively with students and families</li>
<li>Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the overall AIM experience</li>
<li>Support student participation in performances and events when applicable</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Teaching experience with students of diverse ages and skill levels</li>
<li>Strong foundation in music theory, technique, and performance</li>
<li>Friendly, encouraging, and professional demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture</li>
<li>Experience in any musical genre is welcome</li>

<strong>Requirements<br></strong><br>

<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music (or related field)</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency on voice (additional instruments a plus)</li>
