Technical Analyst

Alberta Innovates is seeking to recruit a Technical Analyst with the Information Technology Services (ITS) team. This role will be based out of our Edmonton Research Park office and is eligible for hybrid work. This position is responsible for supporting and developing infrastructure services and solutions across cloud services, desktop management, network oversight, and software licensing. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and collaborating with vendors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure the effective delivery of essential IT services and projects. Excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language. Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management, quickly grasping business needs to bridge gaps between stakeholders.
