Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates - Screen and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit - Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify top talent - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide a seamless candidate experience - Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires - Continuously analyze and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and quality of hires - Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
