Specialist, Student Success – SPC (req12786 – T)

The Specialist, Student Success – SPC (req12786 – T) is responsible for providing comprehensive academic advising and student support services to a caseload of students. This position will assist students with academic planning, course selection, registration, and referrals to appropriate campus resources. The Specialist will proactively monitor student progress and intervene with appropriate support strategies to help students achieve their educational goals. Responsibilities include conducting new student orientation, academic success workshops, and other outreach activities. The Specialist will also collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to promote student success initiatives.
