Medical Receptionist / Therapy Aide

We see primarily orthopedic patients, young and old.<br><br> </div><div>This is a part-time, entry-level job to start - primarily afternoons. This would be an ideal position for a new grad or a parent who may want part-time hours.<br><br> </div><div>Responsibilities/Duties:  typical of a medical office aide, being able to greet all patients in a warm, friendly, compassionate yet professional manner. Primarily front office, but about 10-20% back office PT Aide type duties as needed.<br><br> </div><div>Qualities/Skills required: Cheerful, pleasant outgoing personality<br><br> </div><div>Neat, healthy and professional appearance<br><br> </div><div>Computer skills is necessary for our EMR (training provided). Social media interest and/or marketing knowledge would be a plus.<br><br> </div><div>Organized and detail oriented<br><br> </div><div>Provide excellent customer service<br><br> </div><div>Great at multi-tasking<br><br> </div><div>Reliable, accountable & flexible<br><br> </div><div>Requirements<br>- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members<br>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail<br>- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team</div> </div>
