This Digital Marketing Manager role with Al Futtaim in Dubai focuses on shaping high-impact digital strategies that drive retail and e-commerce growth across multiple brands. The position requires strong leadership, deep analytics capability, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic business decisions while managing performance-driven marketing activities at scale. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with group-wide retail and e-commerce objectives Lead strategic planning across SEO, SEM, paid media, affiliates, display, and content initiatives Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on marketing performance, budget allocation, and strategic priorities Oversee a team of up to five digital marketing professionals, ensuring continuous coaching and high performance Lead the Digital Business Analytics team in developing advanced dashboards and data visualizations Track and improve KPIs including ROAS, CAC, and CIR across all digital marketing channels Drive predictive marketing campaigns using CDP-based targeting and product catalog data Manage full-funnel performance marketing including PPC, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for large-scale marketing initiatives Oversee agency and vendor relationships, SLAs, and contract management Lead SEO programs, organic traffic growth initiatives, and optimization of online content Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance campaign effectiveness Monitor digital trends, marketing technologies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage
