Job Overview: Al Faris Group is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join its Human Resources department in Dubai. The role is designed for professionals who have a strong foundation in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be able to manage various HR functions independently, ensuring alignment with our organizational values and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for handling a full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, policy implementation, and exit formalities. The HR Generalist must ensure that all HR initiatives are executed effectively and are compliant with local labor laws. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: One of the core duties includes coordinating the full recruitment cycle—from preparing job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding. You'll be working closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure we are hiring the best talent available in the market. Performance Management & Training: The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in implementing and improving the company's performance appraisal process. They will also be responsible for identifying training needs and arranging skill development workshops to promote continuous learning within the organization. Employee Relations: You'll be the first point of contact for employees regarding policies, workplace issues, and concerns. Maintaining a positive work culture and promoting effective communication between employees and management will be crucial in this role. HR Policy Compliance: You will ensure the consistent application of HR policies and processes across the organization. The candidate must stay updated with the latest legal regulations and labor laws applicable in the UAE to mitigate compliance risks.
