Lead Engineer - Process Safety

Responsibilities: Ensure documents are checked in line with Company Project and Quality requirements. Ensure timely delivery of deliverables. To raise man-hour variation for additions to the original scope of work. Support Supervisor/ HOD in proposal / manhour estimates. To participate in HSE reviews/audits on the project. We think you should have: Qualification: Bachelor/ Master of Engineering in (Chemical / Petro-Chemical/ Mechanical/ Fire & Safety/ Petroleum) Requirements: 10 to 15 years of experience in Design HSE / Process Safety / Technical Safety / Loss Prevention and related functions in Oil and Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical Projects. Knowledge in offshore/ onshore engineering. Adequate experience in Concept, FEED and EPC projects Min. 8 years of experience in reputed engineering consultancies/ EPC. A minimum of 3 years Offshore – Oil & Gas / Process platform / FPSO experience shall be an added advantage. Should have design expertise in areas such as Hazardous Area Classification, Escape Route, Dispersion analysis, Firewater P&IDs, Active and Passive Fire Protection, Fire & Gas detection and Quantitative Risk Analysis. Should have experience in Vendor Document Reviews of Fire and Safety Equipments, Deluge and Foam Systems, Clean Agent Systems Must have sufficient exposure to process safety reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL and ENVID. Must be capable of providing technical safety related advice and guidance. Must have sufficient exposure to Indian and International Codes and Standards. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills and must be able to manage multiple projects. Hands on experience in pipenet software- Steady state, Transient modules Hands on experience in Naviswork freedom software for review and provide comments on Firefighting systems to Departments on timely manner
