About the role
In this role, you will be partnering with our customers as an extension of their IT, engineering, and DevOps organizations. You'll be their primary point of contact to resolve a broad range of technical issues as they arise.
As a Cloud Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that our customers remain happy with our products and services.
Working with customers to own and solve their technical problems.
Acting as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues.
Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.
