Senior Front-end Engineer

As a Senior Front-end Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the strategic and technical direction of our customer experience portal. You will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative front-end solutions - Design and implement responsive, scalable, and efficient web applications using modern front-end technologies and frameworks - Optimize website performance, accessibility, and maintainability - Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices - Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies, and proactively implement improvements - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in front-end web development, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Proficient in modern front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js - Expertise in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization - Familiarity with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, or Python) and RESTful API integration - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
