Senior Merchandiser - Fashion Apparel (Women's)

As a Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and executing the merchandising strategy for the women's fashion apparel category. This includes product planning, range building, pricing, and assortment management to drive sales and profitability. You will work closely with the design, sourcing, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the merchandising strategy for the women's fashion apparel category - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities and optimize the product assortment - Collaborate with the design team to create appealing and commercially viable product ranges - Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, pricing, and inventory management - Monitor and report on category performance, identifying areas for improvement - Provide input on marketing and promotional activities to drive sales - Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
