About the role

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement integrations requested by customers
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Build tools to reduce the occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on experience in AWS or other public clouds
  • Design and implement fully automated CI/CD pipelines with tools (Git, Jenkins)
  • Container orchestration and management platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, Docker)
  • Server and application monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
  • Deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Understanding of distributed, event-based messaging architectures (Kafka, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in scripting languages like Powershell, VSTS, Python, Javascript, Node.js etc
  • Knowledge and understanding of enterprise architectures and cloud reference architecture
  • Expertise in designing HA, DR, Backup and retention architectures on cloud platforms
  • Configure and manage data sources like MySQL, Mongo dB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc
  • Write scripts and automation using Perl/ Python/ GoLang/ Groovy/ Java/ Bash/ Shell Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Passion and ability to adapt the Start-up Culture
  • Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and learning skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners
