Full Lifecycle Recruiting experience, understanding the opening, sourcing the right candidate, technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with client, consultants, and Vendors.

Handling experience with high volume recruiting, successfully managing resume/candidate flow, screening, and interviewing, managing communication between account managers and candidates.

Initial screening and profile matching with reference to Educational Qualification, Total Experience, Relevant Skill sets, Communication skills, Team Compatibility & Attitude.

Responsible for choosing the candidates as compared with clients' requirements to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.

Develop a plan for identifying needed resources including posting, sourcing, screening and other recruitment activities.

Counseled candidates on career options and strategies and responsible for their new hire rate / salary negotiations.

Experience conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling Skype and face to face interview of consultants anywhere in U.S.

Submitting resumes to client portals, Team Head, Hiring Manager and Business Development team for submission to clients.

Utilized internet-based recruiting tools, such as Monster.com, Jobdiva.com and Carrerbuilder.com, referrals and networking to recruit new candidates.

Very strong experience on rate negotiation with consultants for almost all type of rates/salary like Contract - W2, Corp to Corp, 1099, Contract, Contract to Hire, Full Time.

Experience in Visas - F1 Visa, H1B Visa, Green Card, EAD- OPT, CPT, GC & USC.

Proactively build database of relevant talent.
